Thoughts on moving into more of a PMM role? I currently have 10 YOE of acquisition based marketing in financial products. I design, implement and track acquisition campaigns but I also work with our tech team and design new UX, acquisition channels and other enhancements. Would taking some specific certifications help?

Any good recommended books on how to build a scalable product and team?
