I second this 👆🏽! Today is my fourth day of this and I thought I was going to faint yesterday.
Add more proteins, stick to healthy food, will change your life!

Totally normal. Give it time!
Withdrawal takes about 2 weeks. First week is the worst.

May be a little withdrawal, but make sure you are still getting healthy fats into your diet as they satiate the hunger! Lots of PB, Avocado, Olive Oil and make sure you add lots of protein!!

I also have some very minor body aches that I cannot differentiate between being sore from working out or being sick. Hopefully it’s just my body ridding the toxins, but I appreciate the input, everyone.
