Looking for new opportunities.

Life changes have made it difficult to stay where I am right now (physically) and the uncertainty of the future is making me look for remote options specifically.

If anyone knows of anything, or have any suggestions, I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks in advance.

We previously redid our bathrooms without a permit. We are now selling the house. Can we just say we are selling it as is or will we need to get everything permitted? Market seems to be slowing down a bit, but it still seems like people are waiving contingencies.

To those who are (or were) in-house: What aspect of the job do you dislike?

Went into the office today. The choice to come in was mine as the office is open but there’s no mandate.

Gotta admit, it was nice to have fast wifi, a crap ton of LaCroix I can drink (and take home), and just get out of my home office for a change.

Will I do this often? Doubt it. Is it a nice option to have should my wifi go out again? Yes it is.

Does anyone know of a good excel training online (pivot tables…filters…) ? (Preferably free)

Alright. I am very much so not an Excel genius; I have the Excel skills of your 90 year old grandma who just owns a Jitterbug. Im semi-tech savvy (young millennial), but I’m new to corporate after transitioning into my role from the classroom. Among some skills I know I need, understanding basic Excel functionality is the most immediate. Does anyone have any recommendations for a very novice look into Excel? Thank you in advance!

Help!! Time-sensitive:
Please tell me how I can achieve this:

To create concatenation of every possible combination of Type to Price for every ID.
I provided an example below with the outcome I want in the second table. Would prefer if this be down without a macro.
