So... What's your utilization looking like?
Cognizant Experience - Last Wednesday, My HR round was completed and they said your offer letter will be released by next day(they asked me to fill cdf-2 form) then I kept waiting and waiting for the offer letter. After multiple email chain and all, HR called me to say, we cannot move with your candidature as your experience is below 3 years. I said I already informed this to you before the interview, she said yes but we can not proceed. Very unprofessional. CCTC: 5.5, YOE: 2.5, Tech: Java
How many agree?
Process flow diagrams... 😁🍷🍷🍷
AAA has been good to me
Oh def
I also upgraded from a 2008 to a 2015, next one will be current God willing whatever year it is
You know what I like? That new mustang EV
Soo pretty
Never stop shopping around. There really isn't a formula to figuring out who has the best prices. Just gotta go with a bunch of quotes.
USAA
Absolutely no.
I was a customer for 20 years and left. That company is trash and it’s tragic given what they once were.
If you want details I’ll provide, but be warned, I have a lot.
Texas Farm Bureau - you don’t have to be a farmer $99 to join the bureau and our premiums went down more than 50%.
Second. I love Texas Farm Bureau.
Folks, please always shop around every 6 months before your renewal to ensure you’re getting a good deal. As one that works in the insurance industry, $$ talks, not loyalty & they’re going to get their money before giving you one despite all the discounts. Best of luck. BTW, will recommend Progressive, Farmers & USAA for best deals. State Farm/AAA are okay but expensive & Geico will bury you with their rates. That’s all folks
Sage 1- do you have a recommendation?
Update for those of you who care: StateFarm is going to be my next insurance company. The rest of the companies I looked at (Allstate, Geico, Progressive, SafeCo, Farmer’s Bureau, Liberty Mutual, etc.) had rates higher or the same as my upcoming rate with GEICO.
Just moved to State Farm. Went from $202.00 to $116.00
I pay 141 for one vehicle to State Farm.
I am with Safeco through Scott Spence Agency. Call them.
Just renewed my insurance as well. Geico beat every other insurer by a long shot. Premium still went up about $200 with renewal but still cheaper than anything out there
Well I’d just get a quote from every insurer then.
Allstate milewise
Gotcha. Yeah that would work for one of my vehicles but not the other haha
My recommendation is that you should cycle your provider every 2 years or so. Unfortunately the industry does not value loyalty but is willing to invest for acquisition of customer
“The industry” may not, but my agent does. I’m now with the daughter-in-law of the agent my parents have had since before I was born. Insurance is one of those things that when you need it you really need good service.
We bought a Tesla and recently switched to their insurance. Went from $400 to $88.
I just wish I had an electric ⚡️ 🚘
Connect Auto and home if you have a cost co membership you should be eligible.
Oh my 😥
I also just switched to State Farm. I was paying $175/month with Travelers, and I’m now paying $58 month. This is for a 2022 BMW X5.
Tell us what you choose OP :)
I pay 128 for 2 cars with Statefarm.. agree with your assessment OP
When you get a new car insurance, most will give you a competitive good rate, I call them teasers but then after your first or second renewal is due, bam it’s increased. Then you have to shop around again. Car and homeowners (renters) insurance go up maybe because of whatever your state has gone through (any national disasters, blah blah blah in your area)? everybody has to chip in through their premiums to cover all the debt of claims.
Consider engaging an insurance broker to get quotes with several insurance companies and make recommendations for specific situation. Smith Allen Insurance is one such broker.
Texas farm bureau or progressive. I use progressive. I drive like a demon so my record is terrible, have full coverage on a 2019 X3 S30i, still runs me a (IMO considering) reasonable 110 a month.
I use an insurance broker who does the shopping for me. Also provides different options for my various vehicles (weekend cars can qualify for cheaper agreed value plans and liability vs comprehensive for my daily driver, etc). Doesn't cost me a dime and I get to see all available options and prices.
