For in house recruiters, are we limited to one employer? I am doing okay with my current company but have goals of going with FAANG in the future. An AWS recruiter reached out to me and we have scheduled an interview for a Tech Recruiter position but only for a few months contract. I was thinking to keep them both if I get hired since with AWS being a contract, no assurance after that and I also want to see how the work load and environment with them is before jumping permanently.

I'm joining as a WD consultant from the client side. I have experience in another ERP not WD. I was told i'd be starting off with the Talent Management module.
Is there any way I can prepare prior to starting my new role? I want to be able to pick up the concepts quickly during the training.

Jump ship or stick it out? I’m a 31 y/o SFA with a Fortune 100 and am learning absolutely nothing. I have 9 years FP&A experience. All we get is busywork and no real opportunity to grow or take a more challenging role since they’re dying for SFAs. Do I stick it out for an eventual Manager role so I can be more marketable to a future employer, or try to pivot out of Finance to a new type of role and company now? Interested in more operations related work.
