Hi all, looking for advice on… well everything career related 😔 it’s the “great resignation” and people are moving on to better things all around me. I’ve been actively searching and interviewing for at least 6 months, and no offers after final round. Offer help - yesterday I’ve received an offer from DataDog for Services Architect 3 role on their expert services team (ProServe) - pre sale solution and engagement.

Offer was as follows Base: 155k RSU: 22.5k (90k total over 4 years, 1 year cliff).

I currently make 170k base + ISO (private company so kinda hard to evaluate). I’m 4.5 YOE

I said it needs to be more in 210-220 range in order to switch. She’s going to talk to the manager on Monday and get back to me.

Does anyone have advice for getting my dog anxiety medicine? We have tried lots of OTC stuff and many professional trainers and they all mention that we need to talk to our vet about anxiety medicine. however, our vet refuses to prescribe it without us going through a behaviorist. The problem is the only behaviorist in our area is $700/session (minimum 2 sessions) and the wait is 5 months. Should I try a new vet or has anyone had luck with a virtual diagnosis?

I adopted a dog 2 months ago. She used to love going outside but recently she’s been very reluctant to go (hiding underneath the couch when I say walk or grab the leash, stopping and sitting on the walk). I’m in NYC so it’s getting colder but I bought her jackets which she seems to tolerates, bring high value treats and take her to the dog park on some walks but it doesn’t seem to be helping much. I try not to force her every time but as a result she has been having more accidents. Any advice?

Did anyone elses puppy get in a ton of accidents that required thousands in medical bills? Thank God I have insurance but it seems like every month it's something new. Either she runs into something while playing, got stung in the eye, or ate something. Without insurance I would be broke.
