Clearly big is beautiful to some.

Realistically, you're looking at the US Army or Walmart.

I get a little more discouraged every time I see "not selected by employer" on my Indeed jobs. I'm currently working in a term role, but it's not in the HR field. My employer will pay for my education. I was interested in either ctu (Colorado tech university) MBA in data analytics or Capella’s MHA in Health Care Informatics. which university or degree would you recommend in terms of reputation and career advancement? Does anyone have experience going to one of those schools and willing to share?

I’m guessing there are fewer job opportunities for people who choose more specific degrees, but that pay would be higher. Would you suggest a niche path or cast a wide net?

Started welding around 9 years ago. Continued at my local community college for my associates degree, jumped into being a welding tech. Then continued for my bachelors degree.
