R/GA = Kind and diverse ESDs. Variety of work. Partnership with media and data. Sincere about work from anywhere. Some good purpose-driven projects around racial equity. Prestigious but demand tech clients. Can be a good springboard into tech companies and brand owners.

W+K = Great reputation. Growing culture of strategy. More focus on brand voice and storytelling work.

You'll get good brands and chances for award- winning work in both, it depends on what direction you want to take your career in.

D&G = Less established, less of a strategy culture.

Thank you all! Looking for honestly just good company culture. Like kind people who genuinely care and also care about creating great work.

If you have offers from all 3 congrats. WK is the move both for strategy and the lifestyle.

I am doing a rotation in the valuation group and planning to switch firms afterwards. Anyone here did this and have any tips? I know transferring from audit to valuation is usually a bit harder, but would appreciate any tips. I have a bit of valuation experience from my PE clients. I am also planning to sit for CFA level II this summer and have taken some modeling/valuation courses.

Hey! I know what type of role I want for my next move and I wanted to ask if there’s anybody who would be willing to refer me? The position I really want is a Customer Success Manager role, given the number of years I have in consulting and sales I believe this is the perfect fit for me. After researching what the role does I feel very confident that I will be successful and it is a job I would love.

For consulting. If my base Location is Kolkata i will shift there right? I saw a thread we need to go to a functional office. I'm worried. I have already planned. I'm shifting next month

I'm a successful Manager and make a good living. I support my family of 4 since my husband is a house husband and has been for the past 9 years since my first child was born. Now my kids are 9 and 7 and I feel like I don't make enough money. I'd like my husband to go back to work but he has no interest. He loves being home for the kids and he cooks, cleans, does the yard work, and does ALL handy-man tasks around the house. Am I being selfish?

Would it come off as weird or inappropriate to put made-up strategy briefs on a portfolio?

People say it’s critical to showcase your thinking to land a planning role, but for people changing focuses (moving from social to brand, seeking your first planning role, etc.) this often wouldn’t show in your actual work. Would supplementing real work with hypothetical briefs that doesn’t have outcomes or creative be frowned upon?
