When will tcs salary be credited for Oct 2022?
HI folks,
My current CTC is very low with respect to my YOE. CTC : 5.2 lpa
YoE : 4
Tech stack : Python , MLops
But now my manager has initiated H1B visa for me and the visa process is in progress.
Is it worth to wait till the H1B process completes to work in U.S (74k package) (or) should i make a switch immediately. ?

Hi Fishes
A bit off topic but relevant.
Did anyone hear abt TekFog & Persistent Systems Limited ? Did they develop it ? What's going on ? I wanted to apply (location preference) but am worried now if company is into these sort of unethical activities even more so if they don't even know about it.
Does anyone has any insights into it beyond the company blog post claiming they are not involved. Also how is the work culture there, are these sort things even believable for such company ?

According to what I saw on glassdoor, the average annual salary for a Dialysis Technician at DaVita ranges from approximately $35,000 to $50,000.
I would ask for no less than 45k for that role.
I make $15/hr LMFAOOO
Anywhere from 12-16/hr
Ouch
most likely anywhere from $30,000 to $50,000 per year, varying based on location
They pay up to around $31 per hour, according to Glassdoor. I live in Washington where the cost of living is pretty high. I imagine they pay different amounts depending on the region in which you are hired.
LOL i make 15 starting in michigan. $1 raise when you get off training and $1 when youre state certified. The trainings free tho w no college needed but still… hardly livable in my POS apartment
Does anyone know how long dialysis training lasts? Is training 6 weeks or longer at Davita? Do they pay you during training? Thanks.
The training is paid your full hourly rate and it is about 3 months for hemo and then if you learn peritoneal dialysis it's an extra dollar. They give you a whole workbook and modules.
As an LPN with no experience starting was $26.50 they have a new pay scale based on experience/years.....some of these numbers are crazy for just a tech. Location: Indiana
My co-worker who was a new grad RN started at I think $30 an hour. She didn't even pass the NCLEX yet.
They have a high turnover rate, to me the in house training is good but they are short and will put you on the floor solo before you complete training.
