The Bartlett in Arlington 😄 You haven’t done Arlington right yet
If it’s the one above WF, I like my building better 😆 Arlington (especially the NL area) is getting way too pricey. Lived out here for 3 years and definitely prefer DC.
I really like the collective in navy yard, and I liked one hill/10k south when I lived there.
No prob! Feel free to DM if you have any questions and I can do a referral as well if you decide you want to move there
I would stay in VA, DC is on a downward spiral. I lived at 220 Twentieth in Crystal City for 5 years and loved it. In DC I considered One Hill South, but they had construction issues and the neighborhood is not great.
How much are you paying? I’m looking for a bed too.
Resa Noma, the Crossing, and 450k were all very good when we toured and they had covid deals. Ame also seems good though I haven't toured + there's a brand new Bozutto complex in Adams Morgan that looks great, though pricey of course. I live a couple blocks from Altaire and am curious how you like it? Pricing seems high for the area and reviews aren't great. I'd gladly pay for it if the amenities were top quality.
Altaire does offer hotel stays. You can find it online. Terrible service too. My mom stayed there and we promised never again.
I lived in Eliot on 4th in SW and loved it. Amenities are inexpensive and management was phenomenal. I’m in MVT now and prefer the location , etc, but was very happy with the offerings in that area and proximity to transportation / stuff to do.
MVT is great, I lived at a few of the buildings there back in the day and always loved the neighborhood and how close it is to everything.
Flats at union row. 14andV. Thank me later
