Java Microservices Architect with 40 LPA Fixed (12 YOE) at Nagarro. Joined 8 months back. Got an offer from Publicis Sapient of 55LPA (50 Fixed, 5 Variable), with role Technology Manager. I have asked for 60, but that’s out of their budget. I’m thinking of accepting the offer only if 55 is fixed without any variable. What do tou think guys? Is it worth a switch? And is the variable paid fully usually? Thanks in advance for your insights.

Tips for just getting started, with the day especially, or even just a bad task later on after a few productive hours? I can have a stack of billables to do, but if it isn’t truly urgent, it’s just like a giant mental wall preventing me from getting things done. Medicine doesn’t help. We’re at the end of refinancing and my loan officer wants a letter indicating what my federal student loan payments will be after the forbearance is over. My last recalculation happened in 2019, so I gave him that letter but he says it’s too old. The loan verification letter from Fedloan reflects just $0 payments and $0 due, in forbearance until September. Has anyone else run into this and if so, how did you get around it? I could write a letter explaining but not sure what else to do. TIA
