DDD is up 80% today....just sold half of my shares to lock in some profit. I’m new to this selling game (have always been a long holder). Is it a good strategy to wait for it to dip back and buy more? Or am I not doing the Math right here...

Once you have determined what will happen to this stock in the future, you should be able to put together a strategy to take advantage of that. That is my jerky way of saying who knows. Any plan you have now is just a guess .

I mean I think 3D printing is the future and definitely worth investing in. BUT my biggest concern is how long do I have to hold it until it starts growing, since they are still having trouble scaling production and costs are really high. They went up 120% today out of a sudden and I’m really uncomfortable with it...

Hold forever has been my strategy.

Y’all I’m having major FOMO. Time and time again it has proven that I cannot time the market😂😂

New to the UK market(moving from the US). What are some of the best credit cards out here? Will mostly use it for travel.

Does signing up for hardship assistance during COVID impact credit score?

I’ve always avoided annuities but think this one from NY Life is interesting. It’s called a Variable Investment Fund and you can add an Investment Preservation Rider for a fee. The IPR guarantees your investment return will at least be the cash you put in.

Typical portfolio returns about 7.5% after all fees. The commission fee is 2%.

So you are attenuating some upside and paying a pretty hefty fee, but you are insuring agains the downside.

I won $25,000,000 last night in the lottery (after tax). I'm 24 with no debt or obligations. I want to invest it into future goals with no lifestyle changes, and let it compound epically over the next 40 yrs.

What's the most efficient vehicle to transfer this money into an index fund without exceeding contribution limits, that also allows me to make executive decisions and divert portions of the funds to future house down-payments, trust funds for family, etc, with limited withdrawal penalties?

I'm about to leave my current company and am thinking of rolling over my 401K to the new company's 401K bc more money can equal greater returns (if the market does well).
