Am a 13 years experienced resource in leading large scale Ops & Business Transformations assignments for globally distributed clients.

Worked with TCS, Deloitte and Amazon and have enjoyed it ..

Though somewhere am interested in picking a new skill and Data Science interest me.

Please can you all advice how this can pan out for me.

1). Will I be treated as a fresher if I move in DS roles?
2). What roles can I expect .. will it be as a Manager ?

But I have been put into a project which uses just css and there is very little scope of learning. Currently earning 12.6LPA with 6.3yrs of experience.

Can anyone share their experiences / opinion of online (phone/video) counselling? Prior to COVID, I met with a psychotherapist in-person who worked wonders, but haven't spoken with her in over two years.
