I have offer with Deloitte 15lpa fixed+ 10% variable pay+3 lakhs joining bonus and got offer with Massmutual product based US insurance company started ik India recently 19lpa with 5% variable pay . I am really confused because both companies are good but don't know much about massmutual . Please give ur thoughts here.

I have a Masters from target Uni in Europe mainland, 3+ years of international work experience (US, Asia and Europe) in in-house consulting and currently at a startup. In evening, I got a mail saying congratulations on your offer & they have asked to click on the Barclays portal link and to accept the offer within 5 days, I did the same, now job status has been changed to offer accepted. But I didn't get Offer Letter via Mail. Guys, Do I need to wait for offer Letter or the one which I have accepted on portal is the same?
