@D2 do you think that Sr manager didn't know how to copy and paste or just didn't want to do such a menial task? I mean, honestly delegating menial tasks is one of the best parts of being higher up in the food chain.

Senior manager who I'm not even working for asked me to make a "summary dashboard" for her Excel tracker. I'm a sucker and did it as a favor but it was literally copying and pasting with basic formulas

Hello Fishes,
I have completed BCA + MBA (Marketing). I have a total 2.9 YOE and currently working in sales. I'm working in IT product company with all SaaS products. I want to enter in techno functional role.
I'm already learning all DFD, BRD, SDLC, can you all please let me know what more I should learn ?
Also I'm learning and doing training programs from Azure & Salesforce.
I just dont want to be a mere sales person with little knowledge of products
Please let me know your expert suggestion.
