Hi all,
One of my friend is working in Infosys and she is on notice period.
Manager in saying please take your paper back and we will send you onsite. We will schedule your client round once you take your paper back. Daily they are calling her and doing discussion for 1hr regarding this. Saying you are valuable asset bla bla. Need a genuine suggestion what should be done? She is holding offers from TCS and Capgemini as well.

Don’t just fire the partner. Give more work directly to the senior associate and help get her promoted. Play the game.
The problem here is the associate’s reward is more work and no origination. The response should be firing the partner and making sure origination goes to those handling the matter

Also isn’t the whole point of being a partner to take credit for the work of your more junior lawyers? 😅
Not if you’re double-billing your clients. Billing 0.2 hours to read your associate’s summary is fine. Billing 10+ hours for work I know your senior associate did is not.
