Usually that move is reserved for direct admit non-equity partners, once they have proved themselves.

That’s where I’ve seen it

There is nothing called non-Equity Partner at EY. All P/P are equity Partners. If you are talking about ED/MD as non-equity Partners (though the term is never used), then it is extremely rare for internal ED/ MD promotes to become Partner. But for external hire ED/ MDs it can happen (again not common) if negotiated in advance. So normally happens within a year or two of joining as ED/ MD if negotiated in advance. Very very few instances of happening later but very uncommon

Also if they’re coming from another member firm.

Need a huge business case for it

Hi team i have a bit of doubt.
I have an excel sheet where column A is the order numbers. I want to add comments in column G.
There are many repetitions in order numbers but they are all sorted in ascending so all the repetitions are below one another.

If i have a comment, how can i automatically paste that same comment in all the repetitions of that order numbers if i write it in the 1st instance.

Thanks in advance

Hi,

I got offer in TCS for a developer role and my joining date is on September 21th..

Today HR called me and told that my joining date is postponed so my new joining date is October 8th.

She told like onbroading is happening in In-person.

My last working in my current company is September 19th.

Could you please let me know, will TCS postponed my Joining date once again? Will they revoke offer letter?

For partners at Big4/ ACN/ other T2 firms:
Does your WLB improve after you make partner but stress levels increase since you are responding for revenue and for people. But in terms of delivery it’s the M/SM/D handling the work and the long hours?
