Plaintiff PI associate in NY. I am accepting an offer today and giving my 2 weeks on Monday when my boss is in the office. Can I start calling my personal clients today and asking them if they will come with me? Any ethical issues with that? Have about 12 cases worth about 2.5mil I'd be taking, I'm confident all would come with me. Will my current firm have a lien on these files? Not sure how this works as this is my first time in this situation

Could anybody please help me to understand will these components be paid out to me monthly or will be only provided if i submit the proofs for the particulars.

I have below offers Im considering and further negotiation is not possible because of budget constraints.

DBS is my current client company and offered 20 LPA as I resigned.

DBS : 20LPA Fixed + 5LPA variable (Associate)
Wipro: 21 Fixed + 10% variable( Team lead, B3)
Virtusa: 21 Fixed + 10% variable( Senior consultant, Tier 2)

Virtusa purposely gave me offer one night before LWD on the name of approvals and I didnt get time to revise other lower offers of
1. Wipro - 15 lpa (13.5 lac fix + 1.5 lac var)
2. TCS - 18 lpa (16.2 fix + 1.8 var)
3. UBS - 18 lpa fix (No var).. not considered due to support proj

I asked 22 fixed to Virtusa but they gave 20 without seeing my offers, did I make good choice overall?
