Anyone heard of company called Confidential?
Heard from a friend that company is soo chill and alot of benefits are provided with very good pay
He works 2 hours max in a day
Yeah and free food too along with some shift allowance of 13-14k
What department are you going to?
Ok, so I was a part of Michelin a few months back ~6
The culture is good I’ve experienced the BEST work life balance ever!!
The flip side being very slow to almost nil growth salary hike is a joke and you’ll not grow professionally at all
But if you’ve achieved your financial and professional goals then go for it
Just a word of advise if you are going for Michelin do ask a higher salary like stick to it in a very humble way they might give you what you want (not be read as exorbitant)
