I'm currently working with DELOITTE USI in Business Development domain and have an offer from Cognizant in my hometown location with decent hike.

Deloitte is forcing me to relocate to hyderabad now and considering my family responsibilities I'm not in position to move. Tried every possible way but management is not listening to anything.

My question is - will it be a good decision to join Cognizant considering the upcoming recession.
PS: I'm not into technical domain. Please help

Need your expert guidance! Having 2 offers from qualitest and Capgemini for devops engineer role! JD is pretty much same in both the orgs but Qualitest is providing fixed X lpa and Capgemini is also giving fixed X.8 lpa. So which offer should I consider? Please help me here!

I am working as a JL6 employee (8 years of IT exp) in Infy with an approx CTC of 17.5 lpa (including allowances). I have a got a verbal offer from TCS for Rapid Automation Lead (C3A band) in the CoE team with 50% hike on my current CTC. Though I have asked for 60% hike, HR said she will get back to me on my ask. Now, there is a possibility that Infy might initiate UK visa for me in the upcoming months which would be ICT visa only. Just wanted your thoughts on TCS' work culture etc.
