I have got two offers from Atos Syntel-15lpa and EY GDS 17lpa for 7 yrs of experience. I have been selected as .Net developer for TTT service line in EY GDS. Am hearing that EY GDS puts lot of pressure while am not sure about Atos Syntel work culture. If you are looking for PR n settlement, you best options are european countries. EY has many offices there. Choose UK, Ireland, netherland, germany, Belgium u will get citizenship in 5 years. This is the best option. Ignore dubai, singapore. choose this opportunity wisely to ur benefit.

I would personally prefer Singapore or Dubai. Both have quite diverse and accepting Indian communities.
Dubai is an attractive option due to the tax benefits it carries when compared to India.
And both these places are close enough to home for visting when needed.

They have given me the opportunity, to be more precise I told them I have better opportunities outside than being here so it's upto them to decide if they do need me to be part of ey or somewhere else

I would suggest Germany , reasons being it has good and stable economy. It was least affected during the pandemic . I live in sweden and my brother in Germany , we have compared the cost of living , it's damn low in Germany compared to sweden.
And it's immigrants friendly as well .
I think one should consider cost of living first while relocating to a new location. I'm trying to move out from sweden. It's costly here , due to war as well and high rise of immigrants from Russia and Ukraine these days.
Yeah ...that would be better coz once you study there then it'll become relatively very easy to get a job ...
Otherwise if you search job from india for Germany location... it'll bcome very tough coz usually company don't prefer giving working visa and all for newly comers ...
