The ticket stock matters. If it was issued in the USA it would
be a delta ticket stock even if it was all air france it klm flight numbers. or mixed
if issued in abroad it’s almost alway on 057 which is air france or klm
confirm your credit card was charged. typically when you book through any of the JV partners a reciprocal record locator is created in the airlines system
I spent 9+ hours with customer service. Missed a flight because the airline would not let us boad, spent 13 hours at an airport with an infant and then flew 3 connecting flights to JFK though my intended destination was Houston. Spent $1300 on a hotel and flights back home. What's the best way to get the airline to pay for all this aggravation ?
Ok you need a few things. Did you book the ticket through delta, KLM, air france or on travel site?
What could have happened is when the 006 RL was made it didn’t ticket all the way through into KL or AF. kl should still be able to pull the 006- number. Which if they couldn’t means the ticket was properly issued or ticketed. You need to put more details on how you ticketed ... etc.... And you didn’t skip any flights or anything ?
I booked on KLM.com but Delta ticketed it under a DL number. I flew KLM, Jet Airways and Delta. All of them had issues with pulling up the infant. Jet could not pull up anything. My CC was charged immediately.
When you say delta number? Delta flight numbers ?
Somebody screwed up on the ticketing when they added the infant. Always add an infant with the operating carrier
Yes, DL flight numbers. Even Delta could not pull the infant from LHR to JFK. They had to manually issue a ticket. Their code share partners could not do that and resulted in refusal to check us in.
when booking Jv partner tickets with complex situations you are better booking the flight numbers under who operates it but any partner can issue
Booked under a codeshare cause complications sometimes. Whoever manually issued screwed it up. That’s why the other partners couldn’t see it
Don't think Delta will own up. KLM has the revenue but no responsibility. Jet even showed me their roster without passenger names that was transmitted from Delta. Bottom line is that my family was miserable throughout. I'm out of $1300 and spent 9 hours of roaming time on the phone with dumb Delta agents.

You need to call KLM
D1...give that quote to your wife, toddler and infant when airlines treat you poorly. I most definitely travel more than you to be personally troubled by travel woes. Go get a life!
