Hi Everyone. I’m a reservist, working at a large firm. I had my AT in MAR and the manager I was working under had a fit about it. Had me moved to another team on the project and cont.’d to negatively talk about it to ldr’s and my new manager. To the point where ldr’s have met with me about it and my new mngr asked if I have any more mil leave etc. it’s going so far as impacting my next project. Long story short, the original mngrs comments are neg. impacting me. Grounds for HR? Idk what I can do

Anyone have an experience at work where people got weird after finding out you date someone of a different race? I’m white and my partner is Asian and i got so many weird comments and questions like “is he from here?” And “is his name REALLY *american name*?” Like wtf. It’s just really tiring have to explain something that doesn’t need to me explained.

I've been in customer service/retail sales for 20+ years now in many different industries and I'm great at it. Friends I have one doubt. I joined a new company and CTC offered is 16 lpa.
May 16th I joined to that company. People told me for 16 lpa I ll get 1 lakh per month. So was expected half salary which is 50k but I got only 45k.

She is very good at academics (95% in High School and 84% in Engineering) and very fluent in English communication.
