We probably want to sell our house in the next year or two. What are all the things to do before it goes on the market? E.g., repaint interiors, have handyman fix all the random small broken things? Get windows washed? Touch up landscaping? Any guidance on what you really have to do vs what you can skip? As example, if paying $10k to repaint the house means I can charge $10k more then it doesn’t really seem worth the effort (nets out anyway)....

Why is it so hard to save any additional money every month once I started paying daycare among other things. My wife and I are very good with money too and have very good salaries. 200k+ HHI. Yesterday was a good day. I was really impressed with myself. I woke up at 5, practiced dance lessons, did two water colors, made breakfast and tea, got to work by 10, put in 8-10 hours of solid work and then came home. It’s been ages since I painted or danced.
However today, I slept till 7:00, did not work out or have food. Still got to work by 10 and did 8 solid hours of work.
Some days are good and some are just okay. And that is okay. Trying to build on my good days and we all can. :)

We have our agile meetings in US timings.But the thing which annoys me the most is we work in whole day and then we sometimes have to attend the meetings till 9:30 pm IST at night.We are told to login late next day but still my productivity falls after 8:30 pm.I feel that attending these EST meetings is the duty of the onsite lead. My onsite lead expects us to attend those meetings till 9:30 pm.Kindly suggest.What should I be doing
