I am a Reliability Maintenance 3P contractor for Amazon. I graduated with my Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering on June 2022. I’ve been working with Amazon for a year, but there’s a lack of prospective EE positions within the company. The job postings I see are either less or barely above my current salary. I’m not sure if staying longer is beneficial for my future career as an Electrical engineer. I plan on getting my FE license within the next 6 months. Any suggestions will be appreciated

My firm has two lines of business. One line is a big mess, but accounts for the vast majority of business. The other is less of a mess but military-grade tidy in comparison. I’m on the tidy end and haven’t received a decent raise in years. Just received an offer in a related industry. My current, relatively ungrateful workplace offered more in base compensation in response to an offer from another firm.

I have a 1.5 yoe as IICS Developer and holding an offer from Deloitte USI fixed 8.2 LPA + 40,000 joining bonus ( basic pay - 2,87,400,Np - 90 days) And kpmg(kgs- Service line Advisory) fixed 9 LPA (Basic pay - 4,50,000 ,NP- 60 days) both for Bangalore location as analyst.Need suggestion which offer is best in long run and how much is in-hand,help me out with detailed info how to reduce tax(is basic pay should be high or low?)
