Dear Sir, I (M. Tamil Selvi), Structural Engineer having 9+ years of experience in Structural Design field (8 years under Few organization and 2 years as Free Lancer). I was forced to take a break in my career due to maternity. But with my great will and determination I started working as a Freelance Structural Engineer and I am doing my best in the same for the past 2 years. And now I have decided to resume my career again and hence looking for a good opportunity.

I work in a warehouse as a lead and doing some interviews here in there for supervisor positions. I've been offered salary pay but with overtime I typically make more. Do you think it'll be better to take a new position else where or stay and try to grow? I feel like it'll be more work and shit to deal with for the same pay.

My current role is a Business Analyst. I am very comfortable interacting with people and also Ambiguity. As an art director, what other jobs could you have outside of advertising? I often think about what else I could be doing with my time but wouldn’t even know where to start with my skills.

I am project manager in clinical research industry (CRO). After earning PhD, I gave up my science dream to take a more stable job. After slowly climbing the ladders, I feel like I finally got a seat at the table. Half the days I like the hustle, but now I miss being creative. I want to take more brainstorming, decision making responsibilities but I don’t see that in the career path for PM. Career path usually goes like this- Sr PM, Director l, Sr Director, and so on. But all do same work.

Feel free to give advice. This is my first position out of college (MS in CS), wanted to be in a more technical role but took the position to get my foot in the door. BUT slowly becoming a spreadsheet warrior 😂 Been trying to get into more technical roles (AppSec, Sec Eng, Network Sec, etc) since I know some coding languages, have Sec+ and experience using various tools but cant seem to get anything. Advice? Am I running out of time to make a jump? (P.s. studying for OSWE)

For getting into UI UX, does Google UX course suffice or should I do a long time course like DesignBoat's course?
