If you don't need all the money, I'd say get out. Life/family is more important so spend the time with them that you can.

congrats. manager here, If you can keep your same salary at a 9 to 5 then it's prob the best If you want quality of life. i have a couple years until I pay off my mortgage. i will prob stay a year or so after I pay it off and then quit for something else. I will never be a partner so no reason to torture myself.
That's not true all the time. I know many people at the senior manager level who have to take a pay cut to leave PA.
