Remember to book your PTO and use these codes
I've worked at the same engineering firm for 4 years. I'm currently making $161k with only a $750 bonus, but excellent vacation (4 weeks, cash out anytime, rolls over indefinitely), 45 hours a week. I have an interview with a recruiter at Guidehouse this week for a Technical Project Manager role. It seems to be focused in the government space and requires a security clearance. What sort of salary and benefits could I expect for this sort of role at Guidehouse?

Unlimited PTO + 10 personal days. Typical holidays throughout the year + 1 winter break (last week of dec) + 1 summer break (1 week around 4th of July). I personally take 1 week PTO a quarter or after/before new engagements in addition to days listed above. Also am in good place with partners where I feel very comfortable in just taking occasional days off here and there. Downside is no PTO payout if you leave.
Just work hard and be reasonable about it! Fortunate to have a great partner lead but in general I find EY leadership to be very friendly and accommodating. If you perform well, they’ll take care of you. Welcome and good luck at EY mate!
23 days off plus an overall 20 days for holidays and collective disconnect. Enough that you don’t usually end up using it all
Does collective disconnect happen in the summertime?
more than us. Wife works for Deloitte and she has more bank holidays off and overall more PTO.
