Offered $115K with a $5K sign on bonus for a senior position in risk at a similar consulting firm. I had noted in the beginning I had previously received a $120K offer from a bank that I had declined because it was a hybrid role. Since this is a remote role, I'd be happy with this amount but I was wondering if I should negotiate. 6 years of experience, no license, NY. In addition, I have a vacation already planned in first 2 weeks of July. Should I add the delayed start date to my negotiation?

I spent the last few years running and upgrading archival systems for an unscripted daily studio network show and the scope of the job seriously grew in the second year when I had to manage many major system repairs and upgrades leading an international team of vendors remotely troubleshooting AI systems. I made about 70k and suspect I was underpaid. I wanted to check in with other folks working in post and IT for media and see what salary range is reasonable to expect for that work.
