Hi IBM sharks 🦈
So I got interviewed for a project by the IBM team. The interviewer told me that its a go ahead from their end, now the client will assess my profile and if they too are fine with it, I will be onboarded?
Is it true that we have client interview as well? If yes then after how many days of interview by IBM team, client interview takes place?
Or its just that if the IBM team is fine with it, we are selected for the project?
Any inputs on this will really help :)

McKinsey & Company McKinsey & Company been working here one year and received pretty positive feedback. Given the expectation for people of my tenure to transition to EM in a year or so, I can’t see myself staying due to the WLB as an EM. I’m 35 and have 2 young kids. Can it even be realistically done? Would love to stay but I don’t see a balance which would keep my family happy. What options do I have from there?

If you're talking about a reduced workweek I've heard mixed reviews. I know someone that did 80% (4 days) and they ended up just working 100% in 4 days instead of 5. Others are able to manage it but you have to set very clear expectations.
D2 has it right. 'Flex hours' is totally fake, just for making us look like we're helping working moms but they end up working the same amount.
Talked to a manager in OT&T who loves the flex hours only does four days. She has very strong personal boundaries around her evenings/off days. May be easier as a manager in OT&T vs technology or any implementation stuff.
No clue what that means - like you're only staffed at 50 percent?
Yeah what I mean is reduced workload, thanks for the feedback D2
Ok. Never heard of that. I assume you won't hit your utilization target which would not be good if we have a bad year. What level and practice?
Yeah that's what I have been hearing, wanted to see if anyone else here had a better experience.
