I’m going through final interviews and want to see what your experience was like (negotiation process, initial offer higher/lower than expected?, did you give them a salary expectation range? How long did it take from final interview to offer etc) TIA!PwC EY KPMG Deloitte

Sorry OP I don’t remember. Basically if you were making 100k, and contributed 6%, Deloitte would contribute $1500. Pension is really great if you stay for life but not so much if you don’t. I’ve been at the firm over 10 years and have 200k in my 401 and IRA, and pension will be great if I stay through PMD and retirement. I feel like it’s been fair.
Deloitte 401k is trash. 90% of employees won't stay their whole lifetime so the pension plan doesn't even help offset the lost money from the pitiful 401k match. Lack of proper benefits seems to be consistent with that firm.
We get $1 for $1 401k match, 24/7 virtual doctor, mobile plan discounts, ESPP, etc
15%
Salary in federal (GPS) about 10k - 15k less than commercial at the same level
C range is around 75-115k
401k match is like $.25 for the first 6% of your salary contributed (yes our 401k match sucks, but we have a pension). Salary ranges are wide. Assuming you’d come in as a Manager so like 115-160k with bonus range of 0%-25%.
Thanks Deloitte. I really appreciate your response What’s the exact match percentage (ex- 25% of 6%). How much is contributed to pension?
I’m confused. Isn’t federal a part of advisory? If so, is c range really all the way up to 115k considering it’s the 1st level for advisory?
Also Acc1 other than the 401k, what else is better at Accenture for benefits? I always thought they were fairly similar
D2 I don’t think this thread is about C level? And federal is not part of advisory. Advisory is another FSS like consulting. There is GPS advisory and commercial advisory and Gps consulting and commercial consulting.
Acc1 - everything else you named we get also. We also get a 500 wellness subsidy and 4 months of paternity and maternity leave. Not so sure that Accenture has better benefits other than the 401k
A1, what's the employee discount on the espp? Thanks.
Deloitte has pension. Don’t believe Accenture does. Still not convinced acc has better benefits
Somebody asking about who has the best pension?
DD—I’m not familiar with the levels at D. When I wrote “consultant” I was referring to years of experience in consulting. I’m guessing that would change up the range
Would someone be able to provide levels and ranges for federal consulting? Are the benefits-and guessing salary as well—different from Deloitte commercial?
