2 phones - it can be annoying during travel BUT leaving it on my desk at the end of every day and not thinking about work at all is a game changer. Those little email notifications can be super distracting without even realizing it.
One thing I wish Deloitte allowed us to do—the new iPhones (11 or 12 on) are duel sim phones as well as some newer androids. You basically add 2 separate phone numbers and can turn off the work one at the end of the day etc. it would allow 1 phone with the same freedoms of “walking away” from work. But I think I read somewhere on dnet this was not allowed. Might be a device profile security limitation. Not sure but definitely would be nice.
I used a second phone so I could keep things separate
Work and personal life
You gotta just have two. Leave one behind on the weekends, PTO, etc. keep the personal life separate. Even just mentally knowing your other phone has "work", leaving it behind makes you feel free.

One phone. I set my boundaries, not my phone. I haven't paid a cell phone bill since 2001 and I'm not going to start now. No one cares what you're doing on your phone.
Thank you for your answers. I’m sticking with one phone.
Same. I have a second phone. They pay for it and the bill so why not?
Second. You sign a waiver to use your own that basically says (if I remember correctly) if they have any reason to believe that if you’re storing any work related files on there then they can wipe all contents from your device. I don’t plan on doing anything nefarious and I’m sure you don’t either, but the thought of that gave me enough pause to get a work phone. Plus, like everyone said above, I can easily keep my stuff separate.
D16 you can absolutely connect a personal iPad to Deloitte email. The process is to install the Deloitte profile on the device and is outlined on DeloitteNet

I keep one phone. Hate carrying two.

Yes. If you choose to have only one phone it's both your personal phone and work phone. There's an APR that states you need to approximate the voice portion and personally expense what's attributed to personal calls, but I don't talk to anyone on the phone except work so I expense 100%.
Deloitte phone - once you port your number they own it. It also allows me to completely separate my private life and work life
My comment probably wasn’t clear, you will have to port your number but once you download the management profile to your device you will get an email from IT to take the steps to port your number and make it a Deloitte line. At that point they will let you know that at any time they can take your device or audit your activity to insure the businesses independence. I’m not sure how often they do that, but I didn’t want to port my number or allow them to go through my device at their will. They do explain this in the email you would get. The good thing is you can expense 80% of your bill of you port your number over 🤷🏽♀️ I would personally just get the second phone but it’s totally up to you, I like keeping my personal device seperate. I can’t speak for once you leave the company if you do, however, it sounds like it would be a headache to seperate everything after the fact.
One phone - I hate carrying 2 around and forgot to charge one of it
Two! I also chose one iPhone, one android and two different carriers so I have broader coverage and ability to use all the apps.
Second phone—so, I can literally leave work behind when my working day is done.
Second phone for sure. I want complete freedom on vacation.
Two phones. No question for same reason as above.
Second phone 100%.
I just joined D and I ended up getting the phone, so now I carry two. But like mentioned above, weekend comes and put that baby in airplane mode, or at least keep it in my desk, etc, just to keep things separate.
2 phones.
I use my own phone, don’t have Deloitte email or any other Deloitte app on it other than Teams. I can do Deloitte email on my laptop and don’t need it chasing me when I’m off.
One phone, two lines via an esim
I moved my personal number to my Deloitte phone
Personally opted for work phone and over time began to use it as my personal phone. View from some of my colleagues was that loading it all onto your personal phone doesn’t create an effective work/life distinction which also makes sense.
