Hi Fishes, I grabbed an offer at Accenture with 12 LPA fixed for Level 9. I'm not getting a retention offer from my current company at 13.5 lpa. How do I go about a counter offer with Accenture HR? Also tell me how to approach this situation smoothly.
If HR doesn't fulfill the counter offer, is it ok to accept 12 lpa fixed for Level 9 and when will I get a hike here and how much would it be approximately?
Accenture Please provide your insights. This is my first switch so I ne more exposure

Cognizant Recently cognizant have changed their internet wfh allowance policy.we use to get 1800 per month as internet allowance without submitting any bills or transaction details. Now they changed the policy as we need to apply for icici/axis/hdfc credit card from there we need to make the transaction and reimburse the same. I am ok with everything but why i need to apply for credit card? How a company can force me to have a credit card? It will directly/indirectly alter the credit score right? Cogniza

You're going to get THREE high level people to dedicate time to interview you? Are they considering you for an MD/principal level?!?
I have no context to even try to advise for this scenario. Sorry
To be clear, a typical interview even for a manager in gps consulting would be a manager, senior manager and then one MD/principal
Yes, I am interviewing for a manager position with two MD's and a Partner in the practice
That's still a lot of horse power for a manager. For context, I'm one too. But maybe outside gps hc it is different
Way late update: Interviews went well, but indicated they were going to present offers following the new year... I got promoted in my current job and with the uncertainty and layoffs I've been seeing on the bowl for Deloitte I'm not sure it would be a good decision to make the move once the offer is ever presented. Unless Deloitte insiders have any insights? Thanks for the responses!
