Thats a great idea!

If you’re getting a hiking carrier, look at the osprey. We LOVE ours and use it all the time. Even for neighborhood walks. The sun canopy is crucial imho

So our agency has just decided to not credit anyone on the work moving forward. This is a network agency at a giant holding company. Not a Mother, W+K or Uncommon. Feels like a cynical move to make the creatives less poachable.

I’ve been at a new firm for a couple of months and feel incompetent half the time when I’m explaining something to my new boss. I’m a third year and am usually confident in my abilities, but I feel like a first year again and I’m unsure if it’s the new more specialized practice area, being uncomfortable in a firm where I’m the new kid, or if I’ve regressed practically. Someone tell me the discomfort of being new wears off semi-quickly.

There’s a new role at my company that is EXACTLY what I’ve been wanting/shooting for in my career. But I’m currently 17 weeks pregnant with twins, and I have a 1:1 with my supervisor on Friday to begin talking about maternity leave. I’m afraid to bring up the new role to her in the same breathe as maternity leave, because I feel like it’s out of reach for me, since I’ll be going out on leave in a few months. Thoughts on how to approach this? Is it even worth the conversation with my supervisor?

Hi all, I’m currently on a new team and volunteered for a project for a few weeks ago. My health has taken a turn as I’m 26 weeks pregnant and I’ve been diagnosed with gestational diabetes and severe anemia, which require weekly 3-4 hour iron infusions at the hospital. I don’t know if I should ask for help on this project or ask to be taken off. Never in my career has this happened to me. I always feel like I have to work twice as hard and always say yes. Any advice?

I’m going to start a new job with a new company while 20 weeks pregnant. Any tips about how to break the news to my new employer? All interviews were conducted via Zoom, so nobody really knows that I’m pregnant. The position will be mostly remote, might need occasion onsite meetings (depends, once a month to once a quarter etc). If you have similar experience before, could you please share your story?

Since March, my family has been struggling with childcare. We’ve tested out multiple arrangements and have come to an arrangement where my 20 month old stays half the week at my in-laws and the other half at home where we have my MIL stay with us. If your baby is slightly behind in developmental milestones and you need to hire a nanny, what would you include in a job description? Where would you post?
