Delivery center was created for tech delivery and low cost model/resources. Essentially they are not core consulting, do a range of work from tech delivery, pmo and human capital but are lower cost resources. What it means is they get paid less and will cost the projects less to staff them. Yearly bonuses are also much lower but the expectations to do other firm activities are also not as stringent. You cannot make partner - only MD on this path. Sometimes I also feel the Firm treats them as the red headed step child - I am core consulting but have a lot of friends who are delivery center and feel their pain.

No — not worth it. You will be treated as a second class citizen — including with a different (inferior) benefit structure. Go for a regular role, especially with the current talent demand.

Got an Assoc. Principal offer from IQVIA launch strategy group, also interviewing with ZS Growth Marketing strategy group for M role. If I land an offer from ZS as well then any suggestions which one is better from work quality, future prospects and career progression standpoint; also any notable difference in culture, WLB and compensation? Another question - how much room is there for salary negotiation and sign on bonus at both companies? (More interested in IQVIA as have an offer at hand rn)

I have 2 offers right now: 1) An e-commerce company (past the start-up phase) 2) Well established FMCG - Both are offering me similar salary - Both roles in similar COL cities, and I like both. So not a differentiator - Both offers fit in my long term goals as well However, I am confused which one to choose.
