How do you let an expense go past 90 days in the first place?
I got like four notices when I had one CLOSE to going 14 days, how did you ignore 90 days???
It won't get you fired. But it is not great! Your RSSL will be informed, as will your counselor. It is extremely bad practice to not wnter time or do expenses. No excuse to ignore for 90 days. Get your shit together!
Couple of weeks ago some dude was convinced he was getting canned for it... long story short he didn't
It's a long story was on paternity leave for most of it
Reprimand means they're gonna drop your drawers and put a fire to your cheeks. You'll be fine.
It most certainly comes up. Talent will note it to the RSSL and the panel. And what would be awkward to explain to the counselee. It's their screw up and they have to own any consequences. It's not like they weren't notified numerous times before it got this bad
Is this after the 'we're here to help' email?
At PwC it's auto termination if your Amex goes 90 days delinquent
It will come up during year end consensus. It could drop you a rating.
Yeah you're screwed. Better update your resume. This will impact YE rating.
Are you commercial or federal?
Commercial
I've been in YE meetings. This type of administrative stuff does not come up. Unless someone is borderline getting fired. Which is not me. I'm more worried about my counselor getting a notification that I'll have to awkwardly explain
D7- are you speaking from reprimand experience or guessing?
I can validate what D7 shared.
It's amazing how often expense compliance issues come up with counselees. I was talking with a PPD who was a past RSSL that had to deal with this crap all the time. Comes up way too often than it should.
Yea it happened to me. It's just an email. My counselor said he'll just trivialize it a year end and shouldn't be an issue.
Not true @SC1. I've had one go beyond 90. Wasn't an issue. Paid it once I realized it. Granted, it didn't show in the system. It was the annual fee so I didn't know b/c I never got a notification in advance. As long as it's not a consistent issue, you'll be fine. I think 2nd-3rd time they suspend card usage for a period of time but 4th or more maybe termination.
I still got promoted 3 months after I got the 90 day email. My counselor got the email when I got it. I emailed him b4 he reached out to tell him it was handled. It wasn't an issue for him.
