Deloitte folks: Health club while traveling... Can I get a gym pass for 10 days rather than pay each day for using in the clients site? Do I charge this to the project or GAA?

I have even expensed Classpass for the client site location cause I got approval from the ppd. I used to charge it to gaa and never had an issue but know people that charge it to client code

I have a similar question - I got a gym membership for the city where my client is. Was I supposed to get permission from the ppd first? And do I charge it to client or gaa? Client usually staffs locally to keep costs down and I'm one of 5 people traveling so I'm super conscious about expenses.

You charge to project not GAA. And I use it towards an expensive gym membership on client site so I use the whole monthly allowance at once and explain the reasoning and math in the explanation and no problem.
