I recently got an opportunity for a firm in UK with following details:
1. Fixed: 64-68K POUNDS
2. Other components may include travel and RSU

I have following questions:
1. Is it a good offer?
2. How hard to is to change job as the work permit will be tied to a specific company

I will be going alone and my YOE is 5.3 and India Salary is 25LPA

Need some insights on salary band for a Data Engineer..

Y. O. E = 7 years (all relevant)
Role = Data Engineer, Senior Consultant
Current ctc = 20.5 LPA (due for a revisal in a week, can expect 20% so say a 24.5 LPA)

However I feel this is still low when compared to market for the yoe and skillset.

Ps: will negotiate for an internal raise or look for switch based on This..
