So for same fixed pay does big4 generally pays out more variable bonus ?

I have almost 10yrs experience in the skilled nursing/subacute rehab settings and recently had a very promising interview with an outpatient therapy company that provides therapy services in the patient’s home (ALF setting). The position is salary and I’ve only ever been paid hourly. Looking for a number to propose during the compensation negotiation. According to ASHA’s 2021 salary survey, I should be paid $80k. Should I first suggest $85k in anticipation of a counter-offer?

I have an offer for a position, the total compensation amount is set but they are flexible with the proportion of base and bonus. Each year the annual target bonus amount starts at the amount you received in the prior year, base would stay the same until promotion (no merit each year). Is there a benefit one way over the other base or bonus?

There is two performance components in HCL salary, Engagement PB paid monthly and second one performance Bonus .
I have two doubts is Engagement PB will be paid even if we are in bench and is it recovered when I resigned?.

In February of this year I was approached by a company out of Colorado that’s an AWS reseller (I love working w/ AWS Products).
