Not enough for a boomerang back. Plus that sounds like a low-paid manager. Take the 3k less for significantly less responsibility
This ^ , people are getting burnt out in consulting working long hours. 3K will buy you quality of life
That’s low pay for Manager. Stay in the SC role at $132k and enjoy significantly less responsibilities. Trust me - title isn’t worth it. I know it says Manager on my title but I left for a Senior Consultant role and took about a 22% pay raise to get to $150k this year.
Other firms but IT to Big 4, non-technical but software certified. But still M to SC

I know several people who made the move to Accenture at Manager making north of $175k. Ask them to bump it.
That’s weird I’m a T&O manager making $167 in MC

Join as a manager in strategy if you boomerang back.
Unfortunately, $135k for manager is too low for you to leave deloitte.
That’s an extremely low salary for Manager at Accenture. I’d negotiate up or not boomerang at all. What an insult.
Def ask for more! I just joined as a C at Accenture making more
Do it!!!!!!
Actually that is within range for Manager. But it solely depends on zone and city
Ok, HR
If you boomerang go intro strategy - 135k is what new consultants, even higher if you’re MBA, don’t go for a title bump for the same pay with more responsibilities
That’s on point for AFS
