Currently accepted an offer for a new role. Background check being conducted by Hire Right. Even though I am providing the EXACT information they want, I’m being told over and over it’s not valid. When I call their help line they are useless. Anyone else experience this with background checks?

I am driving both me and my husband crazy. We both work from home in a 4 bedroom home pretty decent size. My husband wants to do daycare and id prefer a nanny. Thankfully money isn’t the the concern, it’s more he thinks we’ll be distracted and I am nervous about anti-vax people and rise of polio and whooping cough.
