Received an offer for a data strategy manager role in PE with base at $135K, 20% target bonus, RRSP match at 100%. Base is same as my current role but the bonus and RRSP match are significantly higher which will make my total comp at 175K. Thoughts on the offer? I have 7 YOE in consulting.

Are there any Workers Compensation MO Claims Adjuster here? I handle complex MO claims, which include review and authorization of surgeries. Basically, if the EE is not LT, the MO Adjuster manages the claims to closure. As an MO Adjuster, is that what you do? At what point do you transfer claims to LT Adjuster? I have offers from both United Health Group and Atlassian for a Senior Financial Analyst position. Similar Comp (Atlassian slightly higher due to stock options). Coming from another healthcare company as a SFA, does anyone have experience at either company?
