Deloitte India Consulting- what is the fixed component like for a new hire with 17 years of experience

Currently negotiating an offer with another firm. Offer is slightly better than my peers at this new firm, and is a nice bump in my total comp. I think I could probably negotiate another $10k out of the offer, but I don’t have a super credible argument or backup offer to compete it against, and $10k won’t really make a difference to me at this point. Question: is it worth pushing for it or just accepting the standing offer if I know it’s already fair and I’m happy with it?

1st from Bank Of America of 14 LPA fixed. Responsibilities as mentioned by Manager: To migrate the existing projects on Scala.
2nd from Deloitte India of 12.5 LPA fixed +3LPA bonus.

I just received an offer from BNY Mellon, and as per their terms and conditions mentions BNY can solely decide to reject or not accept our resignation letter, even though the notice says 60 days? Is it even legally allowed?

Now I have an offer from Mindtree, with Total CTC of 22 LPA,today is last day to accept the offer.

I know the appraisal is due in Deloitte India, letter will be released on June 26, my coach said my feedback was good, also scatterplot is good.
