Any big4 lawyers who transitioned to the IRS office of chief counsel (national office)? How do you like compared to big 4? I am particularly concerned about having to be in person (at the office) 2-3 days a week.

The project does not align to the skills or experience I was hired for and has been extremely challenging due to the lack of project organization and proper staffing. Hello, I am a Linux system engineer and have been working in Oracle engineered systems from past 10 years. I got some exposure to oracle cloud but it is so difficult to get more exposure in oracle projects to build knowledge and my experience. In the Job portals , its so rare recruiters asking for oracle cloud. Looks like canada do not have much oracle projects. Hence I learned AWS. Want to make use of my knowledge but how?B4 Advisory teams do not have good oracle practice. Agree?

My manager has given me rating 1 in confirmatory appraisal on may 18 may which happened after completion of 1 year at wipro.
I raised the issue of rating with my manager immediately , he convinced me not to worry , ratings are already submitted , I asked him to resubmit cause i don't deserve rating 1
So he said he will look if that is possible but didn't changed .Now after 3 months they are pressurizing me to put a resignation,what should i do?
