I constantly think about this the WD skill set is red hot the last 3/4 years especially if you have financials/payroll experience.

like

You mean compensation. Manager level you can ask 160 to 190. Workday quite hit skill.

like

I was making 190k base in PATT at D as a manager and people laughed at me. Now D themselves have confirmed for you so stop calling me a liar. 😂

like

How many years of experience for each?

If your total exp is around 8-10 you can easily opt for Manager. If 15 plus year and solid exp in Workday you can opt for Senior Manager.

15 + years? Workday was founded 15 years ago :-)

Comp?

What certs?

Where?

OCM side or technical?

Comp for senior consultant?

Current market they will give 150 plus.

Do they accept visa transfer? I have 13+ overall experience

Is anyone else just depleted? I am deep in my bones exhausted. I'm a mom of 2 girls (6 & 9) and my partner is a firefighter/paramedic & a nurse. In the past 14 months I went from a SAHM to working full-time when my youngest went to kindergarten. 5 months into my position in a new industry...quarantine. At that time it was chaos! Home schooling, the commodity market of PPE, all of my teams marketing, no communication from management, scheduling hell and forced PTO to be home for hybrid learning

Hi Fishes, I'm working at an Israel-based publically listed company in insurance software solutions (i.e. a product-oriented company). We have multiple technical and non-technical positions open with us ranging from DevOps Manager to Lead Analyst and product manager, all for Bangalore Location(however, we are on WFH since March 2020). If anyone needs a referral in an innovative, evolving, and dynamic IT company, with a really good work-life balance, then do ping me.

Need advice- How do I make my LinkedIn profile more attractive to recruiters from FAANG or MBB apart from listing the relevant experience? It seems like all recruiters that are reaching out lately, are from small firms and for jobs with lower compensation than my current position. When I tell them my desired compensation they think it is too high.

Any pointers on the "Hiring Manager + Technical Interview" round with Paypal? This is 3rd round, seeking clarity on areas I can prepare for.

I’m confused. I was furloughed from a regional firm, and I’m scared of being laid off. I have an offer from a small cpa firm and an offer from a mid tier firm. My goal has always been to join b4, and I’m going to try when the hiring freeze (HF) is lifted...but what should I do right now? 1. Stay at regional, apply to b4 after HF 2. Take mid tier offer, apply to b4 after HF 3. Take small firm offer, apply to b4 after HF 4. Take mid tier offer, become senior, and then apply to b4 2 years later

Gentle reminder: COVID transmits largely through airborne water droplets - nearly all transmission is through large, respiratory droplets. Masks aren't to protect those wearing them, but those around the wearer. A barrier prevents that cloud of droplets from moving far from the wearer. It isn't a perfect solution, but it does dramatically reduce how far those droplets travel. This is how masks are effective. Anyone saying they aren't effective is only considering effectiveness for the wearer.
