So I learned that my banking client has gender sensitivity training and what’s interesting is that if a customer looks like a man, walks like a man, sounds like a man and talks like a man we cannot assume and call him “Sir”. We are supposed to not assume at first and go by a gender neutral reference or no reference at all. Like seriously?
