Hi all,
I have a offer from Perficient and joining in 2 months time. Question :
1: how is the company in terms of job security and projects? I work with web analytics
2: How is the hike and work life balance.
3: Attrition rate
4: Hike is good but will it be a safer vet like Accenture Operations?
Need some views from people working there.
Thanks in advance.

Anyone aware of Non Compete clause of Infosys offer letter. It says one can't join MNC like TCS, CTS, IBM, Wipro, Accenture after leaving Infosys for 6 month. Because these companies share same clients as Infosys. Is it okay if one is joining anyone of the company but project is of different client which he worked in Infosys.Infosys

Haha tbh all big 4 are bleeding talent at the moment. Will be interesting to see how their resource pool changes, having to bring in a lot more "industry" people instead of grooming graduates.
But Deloitte looks particularly silly as they laid off so many people. KPMG lost quite a bit too, don't think people enjoyed the pay cut without the reduction in hours either.
Keenly looking at wages too, wonder if they'll finally pay campus hires to be middle of bands, instead of always being at the bottom.

Deloitte over the last year was a particularly special case of hubris so it is that much more amusing to watch.
And while all Big 4 seem to he hunting for talent; some recruiters haven't got the memo - given how s-l-o-w some of them are when it comes to candidate engagement and communication.
EY did the opposite, hired PWC and Deloitte's throw aways. And we are still hiring. Can't imagine how much resource crunched you guys are coz we are still struggling.
