Deloitte leadership is acting like a baby who wants the lollipop. I agree that working from an office has its advantages. But, post WFH era, they need to understand that people love and want that flexibility of working from any location. I mean calling employees back to base location is just gonna cost well being of some employees.
Those who want to work from office should feel comfortable working from office. Same should be for those who are more productive with WFH option.

Try finding a job which offers you working from anywhere or from where you are staying.
As per your offer letter you are bounded to work from a certain location, you are not there so stop crying about it and return back or raise a exception request to your SM, every such case is being heard.

Every day we have someone post like this.
There are many who will pounce on the opportunity to go for long term onsite, but keep doing drama of not coming back to base location citing different reasons.

People at the junior level will never under what teaming is and be able to have meaningful relationships unless we meet atleast occassionally in person. The hybrid model where you get to not have to beat traffic and pack lunches for 3 days a week is the flexibility which you never enjoyed earlier. If you are someone who wants permanent wfh, talk to the leaders and get it but remember just getting work done is just one aspect of your job. Having learning and development opportunities for your team members, building team culture etc are also essential

Work from home will be there. They just want you to get a home within commutable distance of 1 of the 7 offices... How much more flex do you really want?

Yes. But they didn't approve that. "Business reasons". But I wasn't in an ODC project, even my manager approved it. But still I wasn't given.

They denied my relocation, so i simply found another job at my hometown and resigned from Deloitte!
Their policy is very simple, either follow the protocols or find your own way!

what's the point of whining? Either switch to a job which offers permanent work from home or follow the firm's policies. It's similar post everyday now which really doesn't matter.

Have a question around SF Sales Could Einstein. We are preparing to launch a Pilot with around 65 of our sales reps and managers.

We can't launch all the features due to compliance and configuration issues:
Activity Capture

Automated Contacts

Have any of you launched Einstein?
Was it a success?
Have your teams seen the value?
What KPI's did you use to measure adoption and the validity of the insights generated?

Thanks in advance for your input
