Hi all,
I have two campus EY Deloitte on the table from Deloitte Tax (BTS), and EY Tax (DSG). Both are located in the SF Bay Area. Deloitte is paying 2k higher base and a 2k higher bonus.
I have to make my decision by the end of next week, so I’d appreciate some input and opinions on which offer I should take.
Hi all, Currently I am 1.6yrs experienced.I had completed my interview with HCL Technologies along with HR discussion around 1st week of July.On 20th July I received an email from HR saying I need to wait for 3 more weeks to get the offer letter. My salary was 3.8 LPA at the time of interview(it became 4LPA from August) and i asked for 6.5 LPA Need advice on whether or not to expect the Offer Letter in hand once 3 weeks are over? HCL Technologies

Of you’re in strategy you’re right, you can jump around in the company. Lots of csuite come from rotational programs or strategy internally
The industry role sounds like a no-brainer. More money, industry you love, free of consulting politics. Congrats!
Role in industry isn't my ideal. Would rather be in Corp Strategy but I understand it's easy to move around with right business case.
But industry role isn't the most ideal position and I think the new M&A strategy gig would give me better exit ops in 1 year....decisions, decisions...
Well if m&a is your wheelhouse and you’ve done enough research to support your claim that this position will procide more opportunity to end up in your ideal situation, then I say take less $ now to open up more doors in the future.
