If I’m new to consulting, I would pick Deloitte. If I’m an experienced hire, I would pick PwC
Deloitte for learning opportunity. PwC for culture
Coz SM1 doesn’t work for pwc

Been in both; it’s pretty much the same sht just different T-shirt colour. Deloitte has better branding than pwc and size-wise; D is bigger by far. If you believe you are better than existing talent and have decent YOE then go to pwc to move faster on the ladder; you can do it at D too but I feel is easier at pwc due to size.
What has your interview experience been like with both? For culture it’s better to look at the actual partners or managers you’ll be dealing with. If they both seem good/okay, I’d just go with the one offering better comp or learning opportunity. None of the B4 have an amazing culture generally, but there are some specific teams that do and you’ll know when you see it.
Interviews have been good on both sides, but of course during recruiting everyone is sooo nice, and agree with you, I am focusing on the teams I will be working with
